Voor wie graag kwalitatief goede foto&amp;#8217;s schiet met een peperdure digitale spiegelreflexcamera, om ze daarna te vernaggelen tot een kwalitatief minderwaardig (doch &amp;#8216;authentiek&amp;#8217;). The simplest way to get the lomo effect in any basic photo editor is to increase contrast, increase saturation and darken the corners and edges.

That's essentially what the above actions do in Photoshop. There are more complicated ways of distorting the image (using other actions, see the other lomo posts on this blog).
