Well that’s what the memo said when Dubya sent a note to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice during a Security Council meeting at the 2005 World Summit and 60th General Assembly of the United Nations.
Isn’t it interesting the words he chose to capitalize? Must have been really busting for the loo. 
I thought it might be a fake, but several news sources seem to confirm it’s authenticiy. And I mean come on Bush is human after all, he would need to go relieve himself. But it’s a funny piece of journalistic photography, shows a private moment of a public figure.
Okay, okay we shouldn’t be making too big a deal, as everyone one of us needs to go pee/poo.
